Here at The River Café we love dogs. However, should your pet behave in the following manner we will have to ask you to remove your pet in order for all staff to do their jobs providing you with excellent customer service and for our clients to enjoy their dining experience.

1.  All dogs must be on leashes and positioned under the table or next to you. Not on your lap or chair😊

2.  Walking around the restaurant with your pet for meet and greet is not advised😊

3.  We would request that if your pet is a puppy in training, excitable at the sight of other pets, please refrain from bringing them during the weekend😊. Happy to have them train during the week, when it is less busy.

4.  We know dogs loving saying “hi” to each other via barking, but having a conversation with each other, is not so pleasant for the humans. So if you know your pet loves chatting when seeing children running or other dogs please avoid bringing them to the café over the weekend when it is busy.😊

5.  Please try avoiding your pets leaving their signatures over our dustbins, pavers and flower pots.😊

6.   All dogs brought are the responsibility of their owners and The River Café is not responsible for injuries or accidents caused.
